Shipping policy

At MATERIALIST, we aim to provide a considered and reliable delivery experience.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 120, no code required.
  • For all other orders, shipping fees vary by region and are outlined below.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Taiwan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding the day of purchase.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping at a flat rate of USD 25.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 8–15 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, selected European countries, Australia and New Zealand, and are continually expanding our global coverage.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.
  • Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. MATERIALIST is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, industrial action, or courier disruptions.

Customs & Duties

  • Orders are shipped from Taiwan. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • For customers in the UK and EU: VAT and administrative fees may be collected by the courier upon delivery, depending on the value of your order. Please note these charges are not included in the purchase price.
  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost and any return handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local delivery point where it may have been left.

If you are still unable to locate it after a few working days, please contact us and we will assist you.

While we will do our best to help, MATERIALIST cannot be held liable for parcels once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
